Reflexology
Restoring the Body’s Natural Harmony
Reflexology is a gentle yet profound touch therapy that helps to restore balance and harmony throughout the whole body.
Reflexology works on the principle that specific points on the feet, hands, and face correspond to different organs and systems within the body.
By applying mindful pressure to these reflex points, areas of tension or stagnation can begin to release, supporting the body’s natural capacity for healing and renewal. Reflexology offers deep relaxation and a sense of connection between body, mind, and spirit.
My Approach
My approach to reflexology is both intuitive and holistic. I treat each session as a conversation between your body and the healing intelligence that lies within it.
Rooted in presence and sensitivity, the work supports your physical wellbeing while also nurturing emotional and energetic balance. Reflexology can be a wonderfully grounding practice, helping you to feel centred and at ease in your body.
Reducing stress is key to good health, and this therapy provides a space to slow down, breathe, and allow the body to restore its natural equilibrium.
What to Expect
Your session begins with a short consultation so I can understand your current state of health and any particular areas of concern. You’ll then be invited to sit or recline comfortably while I work gently on your feet (and sometimes hands), using specific techniques and rhythmic pressure.
Clients often describe a feeling of warmth, release, or peacefulness as the treatment unfolds. Many find that the sense of calm continues long after the session has ended.
Reflexology may help to:
• Reduce stress and promote relaxation
• Support circulation and energy flow
• Ease tension and fatigue
• Encourage the body’s natural healing responses
A Gentle Path to Wholeness
Reflexology offers more than physical relief - it provides a space to listen to what the body is quietly expressing. In this listening, we reconnect with ourselves and with the steady rhythm of life itself.
