Life can be complex, tender, and sometimes painful. Counselling offers a confidential and compassionate space where you can bring whatever is arising, without judgment, without needing to be anything other than yourself.
Together, we create a safe and steady ground from which you can begin to explore, understand, and heal. This process allows you to reconnect with your own inner wisdom and to discover new ways of being that feel more authentic and alive.
My Approach
My work is rooted in the person-centred and transpersonal traditions, enriched by mindfulness and ecotherapy.
This means that I view each person as inherently whole, even in times of struggle. I see our work together as a collaborative journey, one that honours the spiritual, emotional, and embodied dimensions of being human.
Through presence, empathy, and gentle inquiry, we explore the layers of experience that shape your life, the beliefs, patterns, and emotions that may be asking for attention. In doing so, space opens for understanding, compassion, and transformation as we move from disregulation to regulation.
What to Expect
Sessions last around 60 minutes and take place in a calm and confidential setting.
You are welcome to bring whatever feels most alive for you.there is no right or wrong place to begin.
Some people come to counselling for support with anxiety, loss, trauma, or relationship challenges. Others come simply with a wish to live more deeply connected and true to themselves.
Counselling can help you:

• Navigate change, uncertainty, or grief
